A full year of support. Your school, in the spotlight.
We've spent years working closely with individual schools; now we're launching a program that opens that opportunity to schools nationwide. Beginning with the 2027–28 school year, we'll select a small cohort of schools for a full year of free, dedicated support built around your teacher and student needs.

Professional Development
A full year of hands-on training
Teachers receive a full year of hands-on professional development in TeachRock's curriculum and teaching approach.
Dedicated support
A program manager of your own
A dedicated program manager works alongside your teacher and administrators all year, tailored to your school's needs.
National Visibility
Photographers and press
Along the way, we will be there to put your students' and teachers' work in front of a national audience, because what is happening in your building deserves to be seen.
Year-End
An on-site celebration
We'll close out the residency with an on-site celebration marking everything your school accomplished.

Which schools are right for the residency?
It takes a building leader who believes in music and arts integration and a core group of teachers ready to bring it into their classrooms. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to try something new and commit to a full year of collaboration.
